Upgrading a strategic corridor while keeping traffic moving
The programme called for the upgrade of a congested, strategically important transport corridor while keeping traffic flowing throughout. Civil works, signage and safety measures had to be coordinated across multiple sections, all under close public scrutiny - demanding disciplined programme management, careful traffic strategy and uncompromising safety performance.

The outcome

The completed upgrade improved capacity and journey reliability across 35 kilometres of corridor, with minimal disruption thanks to phased traffic management. Zero lost-time incidents were recorded, 96% of milestones were met on time, and the programme closed on schedule with strong safety and compliance performance.
