Building Safety In: How HSEQ-Led Engineering De-Risks Major Projects

On large infrastructure programmes, safety and quality are not inspection gates bolted on at the end - they are engineering decisions made on day one. Treating Health, Safety, Environment & Quality (HSEQ) as a design input is what separates a project that runs to plan from one that lurches between incidents and rework.

Every site carries risk: working at height, heavy lift operations, confined spaces, live services. The question is not whether risk exists but how early it is engineered out.
